These terms apply when you buy the AI Real Estate Prompt Toolkit. The seller is Wicked Winter Software, LLC, operating under the Winter AI Solutions brand ("we", "us"). By completing your purchase you agree to these terms, our Licence Terms and our Refund Policy.
The product
The AI Real Estate Prompt Toolkit is a digital download (a ZIP file) containing copy-ready prompts for use with AI writing tools, and a Start Here guide. It does not include an AI service or software subscription; you use the prompts with an AI tool of your choice, under that tool's own terms.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the product page and at checkout, in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Delivery
After payment you can download the toolkit from your confirmation page, and we email you the same download link. The link works for 7 days. If it expires or you lose it, email us and we will send a new one.

You have a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.
Using AI-generated drafts
AI tools can produce text that is wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Check every draft before you use it — including facts, prices, property details and claims — and make sure it complies with fair-housing and advertising rules, your brokerage's policies and the rules that apply to you. The toolkit is not legal, financial or tax advice.
No guarantee of results
We do not promise any particular business result, such as more listings, leads or sales.
Warranty and liability
We will deliver the files described on the product page; if a file is missing or will not open, email us and we will fix it or refund you. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the toolkit is provided "as is" without other warranties, and our total liability to you in connection with the toolkit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in place when you bought the toolkit apply to your purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
