Refund Policy

AI Real Estate Prompt Toolkit · Winter AI Solutions · Last updated: October 21, 2026

14-day money-back guarantee

If the AI Real Estate Prompt Toolkit isn't right for you, email info@winteraisolutions.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. You don't need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

• Write from the email address you used at checkout, or include your order reference (shown on your confirmation page and in your delivery email).
• We issue the refund through Stripe to your original payment method. Once issued, banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your licence to use the toolkit ends and your download link stops working. Because the toolkit is a digital download, please delete your copy of the files.

After 14 days

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not covered by this guarantee. If there is a problem with your files — for example, a download that won't open or a link that has expired — email us and we will help, including sending a new download link.

Your other rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
