This page explains what information we handle when you visit our pages about the AI Real Estate Prompt Toolkit or buy it, and why. Winter AI Solutions is a brand of Wicked Winter Software, LLC, which is responsible for this information.

What we collect

• Checkout: payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us your email address, the name you enter, the amount paid and an order reference.
• Order record: we store your order reference, email address, product, amount and payment status (including whether it was refunded or disputed), and a delivery record (order reference, time and whether the email was sent), so we can deliver the toolkit, send a new link and handle refunds. We do not store your name or payment details.
• Delivery email: we send your download link to your email address through our email provider. A copy of each delivery email goes to our business inbox (info@winteraisolutions.com) so we can help you if it goes astray.
• Downloads and website use: when you visit the site or use your download link, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser to serve the pages and files and to protect the service. When you download your purchase, we record the time, your IP address, approximate country and browser, to confirm delivery, prevent misuse and respond to payment disputes.
• Advertising measurement: if you arrive from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads and then click Buy, we record which campaign and ad you came from and your approximate country, and, unless you have opted out (see below), the ad click identifier Meta added to the link, your IP address and your browser type. This is stored with a random reference number, and only that reference number is passed to Stripe. We do not use advertising cookies or a Meta tracking pixel on these pages.

How we use it

To complete and support your purchase: delivery, new download links, refunds, answering your questions, preventing misuse, and keeping the business and tax records we are required to keep.

To measure our advertising: when a purchase follows a click on one of our ads, we tell Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) that a purchase happened, so we can see which ads work. We send Meta the purchase value and currency, an order reference, the ad click identifier, your IP address and browser type, and your email address in a scrambled (hashed) form that Meta uses only to match the purchase to an ad interaction. We do not send your name, your payment details or anything about how you use the toolkit. Meta's use of this information is governed by Meta's own privacy policy and terms.

We do not sell your information for money, and we do not add you to marketing emails without your permission. Under some US state privacy laws, sharing information with an advertising platform for ad measurement may count as "sharing" or as processing for "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time, as described below.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and file delivery), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (order and advertising-measurement records) and our business email provider. Each processes information on our behalf to provide its service. Meta Platforms receives the advertising-measurement information described above. Some of these providers process information in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support your purchase and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. This includes the copy of your delivery email in our inbox. Download records are deleted automatically after 12 months. Technical logs kept by our providers are short-lived.

Advertising-measurement records: your IP address, browser type and ad click identifier are deleted as soon as the purchase has been reported to Meta, and in any case within 8 days. If you clicked Buy but did not complete a purchase, the whole record is deleted within 30 days. For a completed purchase we keep, with the order record: the random reference number, which campaign and ad it came from, your approximate country, whether your information could be shared with Meta (and, if not, why), and a record of the report to Meta: the order reference, the purchase amount and currency, when the purchase happened, whether and when it was reported, and, if reporting failed, an error code. This record does not include your IP address, browser type or ad click identifier.

Your choices

• Opt out of advertising measurement: opt out on this browser. This stores a small cookie whose only purpose is to remember your choice. You can also opt out by email at any time.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and share nothing with Meta.
• Outside the United States: we do not share information with Meta about visitors outside the United States.
• Access, correction and deletion: to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted (except where we are required to keep it), email info@winteraisolutions.com.
