Licence Terms

When you buy the AI Real Estate Prompt Toolkit you receive a licence to use it on the terms below. Wicked Winter Software, LLC keeps ownership of the toolkit and its content. These licence terms form part of our Terms of Sale.

What you may do

• Use the toolkit as one person (a single user) in your own real estate business, including commercial work for your clients.
• Customize, adapt and reuse the prompts as often as you like in your own business.
• Use, edit and send the drafts you create with the prompts in your business. We claim no rights in those drafts. Whether AI-generated text can be owned or protected by copyright depends on the law and on your AI tool's terms, so we do not promise exclusive ownership or copyright protection of it.
• Keep copies of the files on your own devices and print them for your own use.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or give away the toolkit or its files, in whole or in part.
• Republish the prompts, guides or other content — for example on a website, in a course, in a template pack, or on a shared drive for a team or brokerage.
• Present the toolkit, or a substantially similar collection made from it, as your own product.

Teams and brokerages: each person using the toolkit needs their own licence. For a team or brokerage licence, contact us.

Ending the licence

Your licence ends if you receive a refund, or if you break these terms. When it ends, please stop using the toolkit and delete your copies.

The toolkit is a set of writing and workflow aids. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a fair-housing or advertising-compliance review. You are responsible for reviewing everything you send or publish, and for following your brokerage's policies and the rules that apply to you.
